Post-Production team. The successful applicant will be responsible for leading a team of retouchers to ensure completion of daily production orders targets. The successful applicant will also help to develop and implement improvements within the department, ensuring the highest quality of service is provided within the agreed time frame.

The Successful Applicant will be/have:

  • Experience of operating at supervisory level
  • Good people management and motivation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Proactive with a strong problem solving approach
  • Flexibility to be able to adapt to and implement change
  • Strong decision making confidence and ability
  • Proven experience of commercial retouching (preferably in a high speed retouching environment)
