London Photography Manager
Approx: £25 - £30k + Bonus
Doubletake Studios require an enthusiastic, dynamic individual to manage our London photography department. The successful applicant will be responsible for department administration, staff performance analysis and management, reporting, equipment maintenance and motivating a team of 60+ photographers to carry forward the creative direction of our photography department.
The successful applicant will have people management experience and an excellent working knowledge of digital photography with a strong portraiture portfolio. You will have excellent administrative experience including working knowledge of Excel. You will be highly organised, proactive, with excellent communication skills and be capable of following instruction as well as using initiative to deliver results.

Creative Retouching Manager
Approx. £18-23k - according to experience (F/T) + Bonus
Location: London
About the role:
The successful applicant will be responsible for the department administration, staff performance analysis, training and motivating the team to carry forward the creative direction of our retouching department. The successful applicant will also be responsible for driving any change to the department on a nationwide level. The role will report directly to the Head of Photography.
About you:
You must have people management experience and an excellent working knowledge of Photoshop (CS3 and above) using a PC and Wacom tablet. You will have excellent administrative experience including a working knowledge of Excel and other IT skills. You will be highly organised, proactive, well presented with excellent communication skills, and be capable of following instruction in addition to using initiative to deliver results.
