Can I change my shot numbers?
Yes, provided the order has not been processed already.

Why are my pictures not airbrushed?
A client is only entitled to retouching if it is arranged with the viewer on the day of the appointment and stated on the order form. However, retouching can be added to your order at £12 per print or CD image.

How will my order be posted?
Orders less than 75g are sent Recorded Delivery – Signed For. Large orders over 750g and more than 25mm in thickness are sent by Courier Service, in this instance clients are contacted once the order is fully processed to arrange delivery. We charge a minimum of £7.00 handling fee on all orders placed.

How long before we receive our order?
Your order will arrive within six to eight weeks.
