Do you keep the pictures on file?
If you place an order, even if it is for just one image, we will keep all your images on file for at least one year. As more than 70,000 customers place orders with us each year, we have over 4 million images on our hard drives at any one time and unfortunately this means that we are unable to keep the images of those customers who don’t place an order. When a customer chooses not to make an order, they sign a booking fee refund form which also automatically puts their images in the queue to be deleted.
Do I have to buy the pictures on the day?
Of course not – there is no obligation to purchase any images. However, the viewing session is part of whole experience and is the only time that we are able to offer your images for purchase. This is why we encourage people to bring anyone with them who would be involved in the choosing process. Unfortunately, because the studios are always sold out well in advance it is impossible to offer customers the chance to view at a later date and because we have more than 4 million images of clients who have ordered stored on our servers, we are unable to keep room for customers who don’t place an order.
However if you place an order on the day then there will be opportunities to purchase further products at a later date.
Can I pay at a later date?
Yes you can. We offer a range of instalment options (subject to status),which give you the opportunity to pay for packages over an extended period - subject to minimum orders depending on how long the payment plan is agreed for. Please note that the payment plans are agreed on the day of your session.
Can my mum / boyfriend / aunty pay?
Yes, they can pay the full balance outstanding by card over the phone as long as we can speak to them to verify the payment. However, they cannot set up an instalment plan over the phone as they need to sign the paperwork.
Can I view my pictures on line?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer any form of online viewing.
Who owns the copyright?
Doubletake Studios own the copyright to your pictures unless you buy the images on cd then we send you a certificate of copyright with your order.
How long before I receive my order
Your order will arrive within the six to eight weeks. |
