Why do you take a booking fee and no-show charge?
Your very own personal creative team of professionals are booked for each individual appointment e.g. if you make two Goddess experience appointments we will allocate 2 Makeup Artists & Hairstylists, Photographers, Retouch Designers, a Viewing Consultant…etc. Hence, a booking fee and no-show charge apply to each appointment in order to cover the cost of the professionals booked especially for you.
How much is the booking fee & no-show charge?
The booking fees vary according to date and availability. No-show charges are fixed at £125 per appointment.
What if I need to change the appointment?
If you need to change your appointment, please call the Experience Management Team on 0845 863 8342 or email them on bookingcontrol@doubletake-uk.com. Appointments can be changed free of charge within 7 days of receiving confirmation of your initial booking but after this, changes are subject to administration fees, please see Terms and Conditions for more details.
Is it safe to give my credit card details over the phone/internet?
Yes, we have a secure online booking system.
